Klickstarters Case Study: ATV Global

Having launched Klickstarters at the turn of the year, we were really excited to get started in matching ambitious candidates with companies looking for tech digital talent. We want every client to put their best foot forward when showcasing an opportunity, which is why we offer a free branded careers hub to every Klickstarters client and the chance to be a featured employer on our site. This is highly beneficial for companies that do not have a dedicated careers page on their website, but also for companies who have to tailor their careers page to a wide range of employee demographics too. For this campaign, we could tailor all information 100% towards ATV Global’s vacancy of “Project Executive”, ensuring the benefits were relevant to the role, and the content was relevant to this specific candidate demographic. Targeted social media campaign

Every Klickstarters role is added to our social channels, and targeted to get in front of as many relevant candidates as possible. We do this across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn to cater for a variety of candidate preferences. This helps kick start candidate engagement in tandem with our recruiters actively headhunting candidates for the role.

Searchability recruitment service

Our Senior Digital and eCommerce Recruiter Liam Harvey was supporting ATV Global with their Klickstarters campaign, meaning that all candidates were sourced, vetted and managed with Searchability’s excellent service throughout the process. Liam knew exactly what ATV Global was looking for in a new hire, and after delivering a shortlist of candidates was able to secure two Klickstarters hires within two weeks of advertising the role.
