Every Klickstarters role is added to our social channels, and targeted to get in front of as many relevant candidates as possible. We do this across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn to cater for a variety of candidate preferences. This helps kick start candidate engagement in tandem with our recruiters actively headhunting candidates for the role.
Our Senior Digital and eCommerce Recruiter Liam Harvey was supporting ATV Global with their Klickstarters campaign, meaning that all candidates were sourced, vetted and managed with Searchability’s excellent service throughout the process.
